It was good fun, but obviously not a patch on the 1934 Fred and Ginger classic. Most of the audience were probably alive when the film was released. It turns out that Tom Chambers can't really sing, or do an American accent, but he was surprisingly nimble with the old soft shoe. Summer Strallen, in the Rogers role, was superb.
