I'm buying a house. That's a pretty big decision
I dreamt about it last night. In the dream I went to visit is and it was filled with happy, warm people having a civilised party and they invited me in an were lovely. In reality the house is currently empty and I will live in it alone. Dream was nice, though.

I've moved
I'm in a flat now. Pretty much cleared the house apart from boxes and boxes of books, now looking to get rid.

I am cripplingly bone idle
plus flat = nice, house = manky. So it's hard to get motivated to get off the couch and finish the job. I have emailed an estate agent for a valuation.

Now isn't really the time for putting a shitbox on the market, it'll languish there for next six months, and that's before you drop 50k to get shot of it
