i think it works as a quick start to give you the motivation to keep going
but you have to be prepared for the fact that you might lose 7lbs in 2 weeks, but when you eat solid food again, you may well put 2-3lbs back.

I was going to do a month or two of them after PIERBASH
but finance has dictated otherwise. I decided in that case to just go up half a stone instead.

Cambridge diet is much cheaper than Lighterlife
just so's you know. And they do work, but it is hard, and you will put weight back on (although probably not all of it) if you're not really, really careful.
