It's an event for manufacturers and suppliers in the cosmetics/toiletries industry.
Basically, we meet representatives of various companies and ask them "hey, what ya got?!" then they say "we got some cool shit man! ya dig?!" then we say "sweeeet!", take away a few brochures and put a report together when we get home.
