They could do a thing where you have to run along a track, squatting and then picking up dildos with your bumhole and/or fanny (no hands).......and then deposit them into a box. And if you get the golden one, you get an extra 30 seconds. They could be set to different types in increasing dificaulty set to different kind of vibrations and movements.
