One rejection (the employment adviser post).
Apparently I didn't have the experience they were looking for (because ten years in a benefits / employment adviser role counts for fuck all, apparently).

Got an interview on Friday for the other position, though. Which means I'll have to be up super early to get to Newcastle as the interview is at 9am and the missus need the car to get to South Shields for 8.15.

To be honest
although the money was good, and it was local, I'm not sure I could do that again anyway. It was soul destroying last time.
