The only change I have planned this year is that I want a holiday, rather than a festival.
Was considering joining a gym, but can't be arsed, and I've got about 4 weeks coming up where running would be rather painful.

Are you having your feet amputated?

(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:50, Reply)
I'm getting circumcised

(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:51, Reply)
Are you joining Gonz's people?

(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:54, Reply)
Nope, although my Dad has offered to get me a yarmulke, just so I can match up
Bastard.
(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:55, Reply)
I'll do it if you want.

(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:59, Reply)
That's one of the creepiest things I've ever read on here.

(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:59, Reply)
Haha,

(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 12:00, Reply)
If gyms were about half the price then I'd join one.
I think they're a massive rip off at the moment.

There's one on the road behind my house that is meant to be cheap, but is a gym for musclebound fucknuggets, rather than those who simply want to lose weight

(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:53, Reply)
They could be nice people, you won't know unless you try.

(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:54, Reply)
If you just want to lose weight then eat less and exercise more
It really is that easy, you don't need to join a gym. I started cycling loads and the fatness just fell off me.
(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:54, Reply)
I'd like to cycle, but my balance is fucking ridiculous, I don't trust myself cycling near roads.

(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:56, Reply)
it all depends on the way you prefer to exercise
I'm in a gym because I like swimming, and don't mind the gym stuff as it's better than running on roads or cycling up hills.

and, no, the weight isn't falling off me, but it was never going to
(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:57, Reply)
Oh internet
to forever remain fat and unloveable due to low self esteem
(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:55, Reply)
Self esteem is fine, and I've lost weight recently
I'd just like to get into better shape too
(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:56, Reply)
So go to the gym
make friends with the muscle marys and ask them to help you bulk up.
(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:57, Reply)
One of my housemates is hugely built, and considering swapping gyms soon
Might see if he fancies that one...
(, Tue 3 Jan 2012, 11:58, Reply)
I believe the gym parlance to to 'get ripped'
