and the 'I've got no money for replacements' defence is no good as they HAVE to be replaced at your cost every ten years, so how was she going to do that? They must be about 8 years old now.
I won't say any of that to her because she's scared and she's also very handy. But really, why don't people stop doing these things to themselves?
