What's on your list? Have you heard of "Chase and Status" ? They got some good running music.
I think if I was a running person, I would have an hour long sound file of someone chasing someone else yelling things like "SLOW DOWN SO I CAN CUT YOUR THROAT" and "I'M GOING TO GET YOU AND WHEN I DO, I'M GOING TO GET YOUR HOME ADDRESS FROM YOUR DRIVER'S LISANCE AND SLIT THE THROAT OF EVERYONE IN THE BUILDING".

Tell me thruthfully gonz
is the ipod the best large capacity mp3 player on the market?

I need at least 80Gb, if not more.
(, Sat 21 Jan 2012, 10:25, Reply)
Why do you need so much? That's a silly amount, even if you left it on play for a month, you won't play them all.
Honestly, if I was you, I'd get a 64gb iPod Touch. That way you can have all the running/exersize/track-performance apps, all the music you could possibly want for a very long period of time, and it's even got a good screen for watching telly and film. You should also get a "Jawbone Up" to pare with it.

Because I like all the music I might want at any point without having to go back to my computer and add and remove stuff.
I'm lazy.

But with an 64gb iPod Touch, you can make it so you only have to do that once a month or soo, or possibly even less...
... and you'll have access to most of the iPhone apps.

but with a normal 80 Gb MP3 player you never have to do that
and if you just want it to play music then the rest is expensive bells and whistles you don't need. Honestly Gonz, you're being such a fanboy here, Al had one single requirement in his initial request and all you've done is try to tell him he doesn't want it really.

Let's say someone asks you what kind of liquidiser to go for, and you say "Why not go for a liqidser that can also blend things too? Ok, the liquidiser part isn't quite as big...
... but the size chosen is surplus to requirement anyway, but the one with the blender can also shred and chop and blah blah.".

That's pretty much what I've done here.

Creatives used to be good at playing music with no bells and whistles.
No idea if they still are.
