While they do a great job
They taste vile, so would need strong flavours to mask the taste.
Goat's cheese might work, but I don't really like it.
Also you should be aware that psilocybin turns blue when it reacts with the air, so you might want to think about presentation.

'Cause I've found that peppermint tea (like all herbal teas), whilst smelling a bit like the herb, actually tastes like boiled water.
I always used to favour brewing them in strong coffee.
