Fresh chilli or roasted?
My huge amounts of overtime are paying for the holidays and Christmas. I have already this month (well from the 23rd Jan) filled a full overtime sheet up and am on the 2nd

Chopped one and mashed it with olive oil, cumin, garlic, salt & pepper, spread that on the squash
Roasted it, added it to softened onions & red pepper, covered in chicken stock, let it all soften, added another chilli, seasoned to taste, then blended it. Added a little chilli powder at the end, just to give it a little more strenth. It's rather tasty, I think.
