The thing with me and pork is, I love the crackling, and I love the meat, but I can't fucking stand the mouth full of congilled fat.
On 99 days out of 100, I wouldn't even give as much as a 'thank you' for a roast dinner, but for some reason, tonight, I really really fancy it.

I have a chicken breast with the skin and wing on, on the bone, that I've stuffed garlic butter under the skin and oiled it up so I should get some nice crispy bits.
I'm going to have with that 4 yorkshire puds
Then they'll be a whole packet of brussell sprouts that I'll mash with butter and oh god I love brussle smash.
And they'll be onion gravy for all involved too, which is just me !

So I can fill a yorkshire with a couple of the brussles, some shredded chicken, and fill it with gravy, and then eat it trying to not get it dribbling down my chin.

We used to have proper yorkshires when I was a kid
and we'd eat them the traditional Yorkshire way - as a starter, on their own, covered in gravy.
Yum.

'entery' is quite interesting on its own
but I liked the 'swaray' thing yesterday.
