I find football incredibly boring.
Because for the most part, it goes like this:

Boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, shoot, miss.
Throw-in, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, shoot, miss.
Throw-in, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, boot, shoot, miss.

And sometimes there are penalties or corners too. Brilliant. At least in rugby league there's a good chance of someone getting hurt.

Well don't just listen to it. Watch it.
Even if you don't have a sentimental attachment to either team, you can appreciate the skill involved in a good game of football.
Actually, it's better if you don't have an attachment. Watching a team you love is almost painful.
