Good: I'm home from work
Good: Had pizza for dinner
Bad: Loldrama at work - yesterday Muslim Guy asked me a technical question, I sought confirmation from Idiot Co-worker as part of my "don't treat her like an idiot in the office" performance review objective. She loudly declares that she doesn't want to be part of this discussion as her advice isn't appreciated and leaves. I worry that this is directed at me as it often is but it turns out IC and MG are in the middle of some kind of fullblown feud because today I'm first questioned about the incident and then called in to act as a witness to what went on as manager and an unassociated manager who talked to IC yesterday get MG's side of the story. Crazy stuff. Most of it appears to be really petty, too.

I of course had noticed none of this in my usual "not able to read other people" Aspergers way.

This is the Public sector, if you didn't spend your time engaging in idle gossip and petty vindictiveness you'd have fuck all to do.
