Well, that's just ridiculous, you see they live in totally different space/time continums and as such
I find it highly improbable that even if you overlook the wormhole loop set up in Star Trek: TNG #12 and page 3, panel 12 of Dr Who and The Mysterons #3.1 where The Dr CLEARLY states that wormholes do not actually allow time travel of the backwards variety, only forwards a few minutes at a time, you still have the problem that The Doctor lives in a univers where teleportation has been proved impossible whereas in the Star Trek universe it is a widely accepted means of transport. The disconect between these two situations is such that you could only actually overcome it by introducing the concept of space/time wraparound theory, which is clearly ridiculous as that only exists in the Marvel Ultimate Universe, which has no connection to either of the franchises in question.

tch. Some people, huh?

Captain Jack had a teleporter, the doctor broke it because he used it to teleport into peoples arses or something.

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:21, Reply)
Is that arses like 'Get out of my arse' that they shout in Eastenders a lot?

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:21, Reply)
That's because he was teleporting in.

it is wrong that I can actually think of counters to your argument.....

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:19, Reply)
wrong, but not unexpected

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:20, Reply)
Very, because I was just making that up, I've never seen an episode of any Star Trek in my life, for a start.

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:20, Reply)
Not the specific points.
Not watched start trek in decades. but the general point of universes with incompatible rules has been tackled before. I'm thinking of The Number of the Beast by Heinlein as if written Sci Fi is any more credible.

Ha.
You fucking massive nerd.
(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:26, Reply)
Maybe.
I certainly read a lot of Sci Fi until a few years back. I'd still defend most of it, but the telly stuff is almost all shit.
(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:28, Reply)
Is it not real enough?

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:36, Reply)
it's very dull, poorly plotted and lacking in intellectual depth.

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:55, Reply)
Like your mum?

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:27, Reply)

He lives in 24th century Chinnor
(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:27, Reply)
Is that in the Rek-Kon Galaxy?

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:30, Reply)
Hahaha

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:31, Reply)
WHAT?

(, Wed 15 Feb 2012, 15:22, Reply)
