lots of shopping for lots of new clothes
except that i bought some FIT boots in russell and bromley, and was all set to wear them with my new slutty little skirt on sat night. put them on - silly cow had given me one size 6 and one size 8. i considered limping with one foot slithering around in a boat-sized boot, but no.

apparently adidas now sell trainers in different sizes for people who genuinely do have differently sized feet though. i think this is a good idea.
