are they not giving you super pain killers
that make you sleep?
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:32, 1 reply, 14 years ago)
I have some super-strength Codine, but I seem to be immume to it
it's no bother, not geting much pain now, except for waking up in the night with an achey shoulder and ibuprophen seems to sort that. Thge position I go to sleep in seems important though.

mr b3th has royally fucked his achilles tendon
and is hobbling around on triple strength codeine. He doesn't seem to be as 'fuzzy' as I would have expected. He's doing a lot of fucking moaning though.

more gin?

(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:42, Reply)
COdine + alkyhol = stop breathing
apparently
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:44, Reply)
less gin, then

(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:45, Reply)
I'm on 2X30mg Codine.
It helps I think, but really not sure it's as strong as I expected. I thought it was doing things, but the the pain started going awy by it's self. I'f I hadn't seen the X-Ray I'd not think the damage was as bad as it is.
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:43, Reply)
That's what he's got.
They said four times a day, and he only got them this morning, so maybe he'll actually sleep tonight, and it'll start to feel better tomorrow.
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:46, Reply)
fingers crossed, I seem to be a freak.

(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:47, Reply)
Well, that goes without saying.

(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:49, Reply)
true.
Swings and roundabouts I s'pose being immune to Codine seems less good, but healing quicker than expected is a bonus.

Have you checked your bones for adamantium?

(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:52, Reply)
Nope.
surely that would have been on the x-ray, also the bone would not have broken in the first place.
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:56, Reply)
perhaps some other metal then
one that isn't so impermiable to x rays and which braks easier...aluminium foil?
(, Sat 3 Mar 2012, 23:57, Reply)
bakelite doesn't show up on xrays.
i know it's not exactly a metal, but still...

/knows a fact.
(, Sun 4 Mar 2012, 0:00, Reply)

(, Sun 4 Mar 2012, 0:01, Reply)
