Wotcha Jeffo.
Weekend was great in parts but no daughter due to exlolz.

I went running on Sunday morning at 7:30 which was inspired in part by your text on Saturday. We then did an hour's walk down to HimJim's where he cooked us a fucking delicious meal accompanied by some superb wines.

Alt: fuck knows

I never made it to
The exercise shop in the end. Still, glad I was able to inspire you. How far did you run?

I've no idea re distance
but was going at a reasonable rate for half an hour. Achy breaky thighs today, despite a reasonable 'warm down' afterwards.

Felt good though.

I've quite enjoyed
The exercise I've done, and if you think you might start to cycle to work a bit of running now will make that easier.

How mental is the ex being?

I hate running beyond words.
Whilst I'm doing it, if someone came upto me and offered to kill me there and then I'd reply "do it geezer. Kill me now". But the feeling of satisfaction as soon as you get back indoors, sit down on the sofa and can't feel your legs is amazing.
