You can't get a return on that much capital investment in the period in which more money flows in on the back of the Olympics. This is why I was hoping Paris would beat London to host this year's games.
It's just a giant version of a school sports day anyway, but with less eggs and spoons.

I will genuinely benefit from the transport investment. This means rather than being actively pissed off about the whole thing I am more 'mildly irritated'.

Because I'm pretty fucking sure I did and was told we would, somehow, make a profit on this monumental waste of time and money.
