Panic over.I made chicken in a creamy mushroom sauce, with extra mushrooms thrown in for good measure. Finished it off with baby carrots and green beans in a parsley butter sauce.
Just thought you might all like to know.

I do something similar in a wine and cream sauce with a fuckton of tarragon, rather lovely.(

The sauce already had tarragon in itI added some mixed herbs, which in retrospect it could probably have done without. Still, it was bloody lovely.
