Two pints of water before bed
One when you get up, and a massive fryup with all the trimmings. Fried tomato, bread, three rashers of bacon, three sausages, two fried eggs and a helping of beans usually does the trick.

Also, you won't need to eat for the rest of the day.

If you're feeling really ropey, look for something called diarolyte which will restore any wonky blood salt and electrolyte levels in your bloodstream. Also, tramadol. Best painkillers ever.

dialoryte is v.good, is for dehydration so works on hangovers. Blackcurrant one is a bit sickly tho.

I've still got some sainsburys stuff from when I had the runs a while back
