According to our local council,there are only 7 homeless people in Manchester. 7. Apparently, if you have a "regular" doorway or railway arch, thia counts as an address.

I remember a survey on people sleeping rough in Londonsaid very few people were sleeping rough. Turned out they only counted people lying down and the survey was conducted during they day.
