I am arrogant enough to think that people that believe in an invisible sky wizard are stupid, yes.
That said, there are intelligent, stupid people. My Aunt for example has three degrees from Cambridge, Oxford and Bristol. She also believes in God. I'm sure Intelligence is based on your ability to work things out. I think you can be good at that and still be stupid.
