Rather echos what I said here a week or so ago
that no-one really has the faintest idea if it even matters, and certainly no-one in the press understands it, so it's amazing everyone is getting so fucking irate about it.

Incidentally, since the banks set the rate, if they are all lying to try and gain their own advantage (which they clearly are and Barclays are merely the first to be caught) is there actually any difference between that and them all telling the truth?
