There are several sites in York where residential and commercial construction commenced in 2007 or so and haven't been completed.
Also loads of prime wasteland sites near my office in Leeds crying out for redevelopment.

But as you're always so mean to Emvee and Happy Phantom there's no way you'll be allowed anywhere near that shit.
