Nah the majority of child abusers have been abused themselves
which implies it's a learned behaviour and not something they're born with. Learned behaviours can be changed if done properly. "stringing them up" isn't usually the most effective way.

The idea that chemically or hormonally castrating sex offenders will help is a bit stupid.
It'll just make people who have a fucked up view of sex and a history of violence, more angry.
