It's proper local that.
All recipes for it are in italian. It would seem less is more, i.e. pasta, butter, cheese and cream.

yes, there is not a word of english anywhere near the packet
i was thinking a really good pasta, mushrooms and shallots, and then just stirring through some of the cheese - save the calories of the butter and cream??
