cheese is one of those things where the half-fat is just not as good
although soft cheese is ok. i like that thai sweet chilli philadelphia lite on a toasted bagel with some spicy season-all on top.

i don't know what to have. i'm supposed to eat something sensible prior to sweaty yoga. an itsu brown rice pot maybe.
