i was thinking of you yesterday,
Got hold of some really good fish from the guy who delivers to the pub, and so decided to attempt my own sushi. I reckon you need to hit up a reliable London fishmonger and give it a whirl.

Sweet, I know a well good one near my docs, well posh. There is a good one near where I live too.
I tried making my own sashimi'less sushi a couple of times and it always ends up as one huge tamaki.

Love a real fishmonger/butchers/green grocers though. I had some of mums runner beans and they were as sweet as sugar snaps.
