I fact, I'll try it! I have a terrible diet some days, if I swapped those days for the 600kCal ones I'd probably lose the weight I've gained since surgery.

However, any exercise which involves impact is out (running etc) as is swimming (I'm one of those humans that doesn't float) so weight is becoming an issue.
If I was being gender-reassigned I'd lose weight. I mean, If I became female they'd have to remove half of my brain wouldn't they?

cycling? i cycle everywhere, and it's great exercise. Athough admittedly, Oxford is very bicycle friendly, i'm not sure i'd want to cycle around london.

It'd have to be a 'sit up & beg' type though as I can't hold my head up enough* to use low handlebars.

I know how it goes, my left leg is mostly metal after a motorbike accident, and I walk like bent cowboy now. Bit totally go for the cycling, especially if you've got a canal near you, canal paths are pretty and usually better maintained than your average off road cycle route.

and I fucking hate the cyclists on there.
One of these days I shall push one in. The selfish bastards.

there is this, don't cycle on the canal when its busy, as you have to stop every 5 yards for a dog, or a cunt with a buggy.
