I love mussels
Everytime we go out for a meal with work, I get the same starter - Mussels steamed in a white wine, garlic and cream sauce with ciabatta

Mussels done in a wok with a tin of chopped tomato, loads of chilli and coriander
Chuck in a can of lager and cook down
