No, when I was a spastic and trusted my friend with my PIN, the officer barely stopped short of flat out accusing me of trying to defraud the bank
And telling me that if the person in the picture was me, or anyone else I knew, he'd get me for wasting police time. I pointed out that I'd not given anyone permission to take the money of my account, so unless it was me, it was theft.

When he saw it was someone else, he was apologetic for accusing me, decent of him.
