I have the Vulcan Haynes manual
Overpriced but was a present so meh.
The Vulcan test pilot book by Tony Blackman is an interesting read as well.

If it doesn't have a man on the floor in a bin liner pretending to be an alien life form it's not proper Dr Who. All the CGI ruins it.
