What I've never understood,
is that consoles are really really low end computers on the scale of things, So why can't your average PC, even low end, which has at _least_ similar or higher spec (c'mon, the 360 is like 6 years old now and wasn't high-spec at the time.... can't even run average looking games.

There are loads of iOS games that look fucking stunning for a mobile phone, more stunning even than the Vita. Shouldn't be that hard to do that on computers.

iirc gaming processing isn't quite the same as "normal " everyday processing, so consoles and expensive graphics cards are optimised for gaming, and an everyday PC is not (so much).
Apparently a cheap PC with an expensive graphics card in will piss on an expensive one with cheap graphics, but may be less good at other stuff.

it's all pushing pixels, if they can do it in iOS, then I don't see why they can't do it elsewhere, it's not like an iphone is heavyly disigned for this.
