if the landlord hasn't paid rentyou won't get any notice. the locks will just get changed. no way would the receivers/administrators/superior landlord want to tip you off and give you chance to make it awkward...
.... but they are highly unlikely to do that. it'll be something dull about people shitting on the floor or something.
