jesus if it were that easy, there would not be any lawyers and there would be no disputes. wikipedia is not legal precedent, pricks. what you read on paper and how it is interpreted and applied in court are two VERY different things.

Hmm.
It's the development of the same mode of thought that gets directed toward recruitment consultants, estate agents, insurance brokers etc. just people that don't seem to make anything at all, but just put themselves in positions of authority over people that do, take a massively over-arbitraged cut of their produce, and in many cases, take full credit for the produce itself that leads folk to think 'I could do that'.
