it's really not, unless you are learning or it's a freestyle session with rails and jumps
otherwise it's fucking boring 5 mins up, 10 seconds down zzzzzz

But like I say if your learning, definately wortha few sessions before you splash out on a whole holiday

I went on a ski trip with school about 20 years ago.
I have no strong opinions on pies.
