Pretty good,
Monday it got ripped out down to the pipes, tuesday the power sockets got doubled, lowered and put in place. Today all the units got made up. Thursday is a day off. Friday the chippy comes in who'll be able to cut the units up properly and put them in place, maybe do the work surfices too.... I donno whats happening next week but its all coming along.

I've not even thought about it, it'll be entirely new, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher... only thing I'm keeping is pots'n'pans, cultery'n'crockery, knives'n'tools.

I've been rocking some amazing prawns recently, proper three-biters, from the fishmongers near my docs.
I've perfected how to cook them now, in the shell with heads on, I swear I dont' know whats better, the meat or the bit inside it's head, this is gonna sound grim but I suck on the leg and head bits and the flavour and texture is unbelieable.... it's got the consistancy of a paste but a really intense flavour.
