Draw up a list
us colour coding to prioritise things then re draft the list with the most important things at the top. If certain things can't be done until certain times then subdivide the list by date order and then just work through things in a logical fashion until all the jobs are complete.

You then don't run into the danger of forgetting stuff so your mind won't be racing trying to keep track of everything that needs to be done, so you'll feel more relaxed when you're not actually working on specific jobs.

I do this all the time
it's the only way I can do my job. UNfortunately there are lots of things which say DO NOW on my list. There's an inspection coming up and everything has to be perfect :(
