The Brookes students are bad for it, and like you said, the rugby lads are bad from Oxford as well.
Actually, Brookes university have no rugby team this year, partly because of their behaviour, but also because of rape allegations against some of the team.

i don't think you can completely associate a particlar sport with a type of behavious
certainly there are rugby dicks, there are football dicks and badger is clearly a hockey prick

I went to a big rugby uni and the rugby lads were easily the worst for this sort of thing.

It tends to be any sort of large group of men, that go a bit wild, and sports teams facilitate that. Large groups of girls go wild too, but don't tend to physically and verbally abuse men.
