Im not fat but Im starting to get some weight on now Ive hit 30 :)I do a lot of walking and that anyway, just need to incorporate some more vigorous cardio... Not in a gym though. No ta.

Have you got those funny outdoor gym things in the parks up there in the wild north?They've put up cross trainers, and rowing machines in the nicer parks round here. I don't trust that the tramps haven't pissed all over them.
