The missus and I have just started a new fitness regime actually. Hoping enough piss-taking if I fall behind will help me keep motivated. And am going teetotal to shift some gut. Are you sick a lot?

no. I got sick at the start of december for the first time all year.
but I seem to be having a few allergic reactions lately.

I discovered about 4 months ago now that I'm having a lot of trouble with gluten, as well as MSG.
And there's something else that we haven't been able to pinpoint. Makes my mouth tingle and abit puffy, and I get hives. Not fun.

well see it's in the caf food on campus. and it seems to be in everything.
so because we can't access the caf food ingredients lists, I have no idea what's causing it.
