once
You need a continued run of good performances to truly say they have step changed their playing level. the six nations will test that better I think.

I'm not claiming they're world number one
but they are no longer the sixth best team in the six nations, that cup is now held by Scotland by some margin.

This is very much true
The Scottish are embarrassing

the Scotch don't even make the top ten...
1(1) NEW ZEALAND 90.08
2(2) SOUTH AFRICA 86.94
3(3) AUSTRALIA 86.87
4(4) FRANCE 85.07
5(5) ENGLAND 83.90
6(6) IRELAND 80.22
7(7) SAMOA 78.71
8(8) ARGENTINA 78.71
9(9) WALES 78.39
10(10) ITALY 76.24

I can't believe Samoa and higher ranked than Wales.
I know the Welsh are shit by definition, but that's surprising.

Points systems are flawed though as you don't get more points for beating better teams, look at the football top ten for example
Colombia are 5th, but that's because they play lots of easy friendlies I believe

England won't be a pool 1 pick for the next RWC which is in England.
Coz we are 5th and there are 4 groups.
