chompy i have an excel question
is it possible to add something to a formula to make it round the result up to the nearest 5 for example?

formula is a simple percentage of another column.

The functions you want are CEILING to round up and FLOOR to round down.

doesn't that mean using a second column and formula? or can it be added to a basic sum function?

you'll need a second column.
Unless you can layer formulae in excel. Never tried that. Because I have a life.
