Morning all
This week holds work, work and more work, possibly an update on my flat purchase, I will be marinading a steak to see how that goes, probably doing a Lamb Tagine in the slow cooker since it rocked the last few times I did it.

I might go to the pictures one evening if there's anything good on. I feel reasonably confident there will be too much drinking at some point.

I got a tip that this is good
2 cups soy sauce
2 splashes Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp pineapple juice

Going to give it a try.

The pineapple juice breaks down the meat
like a pineapple ring on gammon. The Worcestershire is for flavour and the soy I dunno.
