I went on the big anti war one whenever that was.
But normally I can't be bothered to deal with the screaming hippies that are sometimes so ill informed and biased to undermine the rest of the people who seem to really care.
A few of my friends went to London for the student loans thing, and got arrested for being on the balcony at that posh shop.

In all honesty gonz I'm just a bit too selfish, I have little free time as it is, and my lifestyle is pretty good, none of the stuff their protesting directly effects me enough to motivate me to go. I went and protested the university buildings that ruined the view of the meadow where I walk my dogs, but couldn't muster the desire to go and protest for the nhs, or any of the other myriad causes that I should be concerned about.

I think I'm the same as you mate, except I'm lazy rather than selfish.
Plus I'm disenfrachnised, I never believe it'll actaully make a difference in the end, and that it doesn't matter who's in power, it's always ending up the same.
