Proper cider's flat.It's companies like Strongbow that make it fizzy. Why, I don't know. Probably because it helps to mask how shitty their cider is.

Lightly gassed cider (such as some types of Breton cider) are acceptable as well as flat cider.Fizzy chemical shit is not.
