Back in the seventies, mr b3th lived on a guarded secure compound in Nigeria.
He says they still had regular raids. One night, his neighbours on one side were murdered, and the ones on the other side were beaten and raped. He recons the only reason his house was missed out was because he'd bolted extra iron bars over the windows.
