I bet they have to really really tone it down. In the book a 12 year old kills to other school children on the first page.

I genuinely don't understand why the internet seems so excited/furious about the film
I read the book recently, it's alright, for a kids novel. Nothing too special, just nerdy kid beats up the other kids and becomes space command....oh yeah that's why they all like it.
