I've got a ragu that's been cooking for 10 hours. Will be had with gnocchi & a bottle of Primivito.

Best gnocchi I have had was in Peruja, in a sauce of goat and rabbit. Amazing.

I'd love to spend a few months in France and Italy cooking, working might be best. But getting a real hannds on knoedge of the cuisine

I always over-look Gnocchi, don't think I've had it before.
I think I'll give it a shot this week, I like the look of baked gnocchi dishes so you get a browned top.
